The Attractiveness of Fasting
I want to fast big time this time. I want at least to go one or two days without food. Wouldn’t it just feel wonderful to experience your body cleansing itself of nutritional overload and its concomitant toxins? To distract yourself from any unavoidable pangs of discomfort or deep intestinal sobs, stare at some beautiful men and women and, if need be, pleasure yourself in a sort of hearty sport; don’t hang an albatross of philosophy around the neck of what you are doing. Just fast without conceit. Clean your interior and eat vegan again with your best companions.
